is kinda a t’ing with west indian men that they know how to cook; that yu granny did teach yu how fi bwoil up a stiff stiff dumplin’ – actually I think it was miss mirriam taught me how to roll and kneed and press a dumplin till it was tight and how to cook a brown stew chicken …

and i like the way wine goes with food.

but ya know, I also do art.

and a few years ago, well, a food and wine festival asked me to do a dready art logo for their inaugural event at a new venue and this was the art for it …

and am still selling prints of it today … an’ it’s big, 5 foot by 3.5 feet big – it fills up a wall with green and cool …
