this dready is a great example of the interactive process in the final piece … this is as much dickie and karen’s dready as it is mine.
so when we do a dready, I draw it to a first draft, I then send that first draft to the clients and we work on it together from there to get what they’re looking for.
the background to this is almost all me, although some adjustments happened, they didn’t like a line here, a thing there …
but how they ended up being portrayed, as a family, was far different than my first draft of them, as we worked through the process.
and that’s nice … it makes it very personal.
