Dready, Dready Art and Everything Dready

              dready ‘reading to my cat’ – original commission – 30×30 part of a triptych on canvas

part of this whole commission was the drawing of a 40 foot mural about ‘lifelong learning and sustainable development goals’ – the corporate participation in the greater community … the reading man (in a slightly different iteration) was the first thing I drew … this idea, then, was that the grown up characters would also themselves be the children …

i changed him for this one, he’s in a grown up chair, he’s lost his pirate eye patch … now he’s reading to his cat and to a little girl looking over his shoulder …

I love this dready on so many levels
