in 2018 I did this dready for the ritz-carlton, for their cayman cookout … it was, it turned out, the last year it would be hosted by chef eric ripert and his friends jose andres and anthony bourdain all together … it was the last time the 3 of them would be together in the same place as bourdain was to pass away in june that year.
because june 25th is bourdain day and because in these new times we decided to create some press around the print and use it as a fundraising print for a cayman food bank charity. it is available in 3 sizes each with its own limited run.
