when i draw dreadys, memory percolates through them, like a sweet spring, bubbling to the surface. jacko’s auto … quick fix – last time i had my car exhaust fixed it was at quick fix – are about to be consigned to history, they’re make way for progress and this is my way of remembering it …
And yet this could be a left over of the same time period, in Florida, Arizona, New Mexico, Texas, California … I used to pass an old gas station, just like this on the road outside Vaughn.
