there are plenty reasons for drawing this but the inspiration came from an acquaintance, she s a pretty good polo player, no slouch at 3 goals international, and she has a favourite pony named rosebud … and so, ya know, when she said i could use her and her pony as models for a new print series man i was excited …
besides that, a dappled grey is such a pretty colour on a horse … and even more besides, my daughter loves horses
